FLUORIDE: WHAT Is It & WHY It’s In Our Water
“At the end of World War II, the U.S. government sent Elliot Perkins, a research worker in chemisitry, biochemistry, physiology, and pathology, to take over the chemical plants in Germany. Perkins quickly learned from the German scientists that they had devised a scheme during World War II using fluoride to medicate water in order to mind control the populations of cities they had taken over. It was found that fluoridation caused slight damage to a specific part of the brain in neurotransmitters, making it more difficult for the person affected to defend his freedom causing the individual to become more docile to authority….the CIA quickly picked up where (Hitler) left off, making the chemical control of an entire nation a main part of their research.”
“The drug program was part of a much larger CIA program to study possible means of controlling human behaviour.” -Rockefeller Report
Flouride is found in 25% of major tranquilizers.

निर्वाण: The pineal gland
The pineal gland is located near to the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join. Unlike much of the rest of the brain, the pineal gland is not isolated from the body by the blood-brain barrier system. It is reddish-gray and about the size of a pea (8 mm in humans), located just rostro-dorsal to the superior colliculus and behind and beneath the stria medullaris, between the laterally positioned thalamic bodies. It is part of the epithalamus. It is a midline structure, and is often seen in plain skull X-rays, as it is often calcified. Calcification is typically due to intake of the fluoride found in water and toothpaste. It was the last endocrine gland to have its function discovered.
The pineal glandworks in harmony with the hypothalamus gland which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process. When it awakens, one feels a pressure at the base of the brain.
Our Pathway to the Truth: Pineal Gland :: our cosmic antenna
Coincidentally, having just re-read the HRM (see Sungazing post) info on pineal activation and the scientific measurement of his own, I also just received details from Gerde, of a workshop by Dr Saskia Bosman of the Foundation for Environmental Consciousness, about the very same subject. I quote ….
“In a distant past our pineal gland used to be our third eye and, even more than an eye: a cosmic receiver and sender of multi-dimensional information. The pineal gland is now a tiny gland in the centre of our brain, connected with all our senses and the rest of our body. Through the other senses it communicates with the outer world in electrical impulses.
“With its spectrum of hormones it regulates our state of consciousness, e.g. waking, sleeping, dreaming, various meditative states including those states in which we may have mystical experiences. The mind and senses are paths for occult energies that work through various psychophysical centers or chakras, among the highest of which is the pineal gland. These centres continue to develop as we evolve towards spirit.
So, while the third eye or pineal gland has certain physiological activities in conjunction with the pituitary gland - together they regulate the rhythms of metabolism and growth - it is also the physical organ of intuition, inspiration, spiritual vision, and divine thought. The pituitary gland is the thought receiver and the pineal gland, often called our true master gland, is the thought transmitter.
“The pineal gland is the very key to the highest and divinest consciousness in man - his omniscient, spiritual and all embracing mind. It is the Single Eye.
“The more light you can store in your body, the higher your vibration will become. The higher your vibration is, the easier it becomes to elevate your surrounding as well as the people around you. Now is the time to reawaken our pineal gland as a cosmic antenna.”
The two day workshop covers not only a lot of the theoretical information but also practical exercises particularly, visualisation, meditation, Qi Gong, breathwork. Also references biblical quotes and similar it also talks of the coming together of science and spirituality.
Sungazing, it seems, and the work of HRM is not just about using our retinas and optic nerves to ‘main-line’ solar source. Solar Yoga is also a special mind-set, a focused intent which also involves other ‘doing’, some of these subtle yet profound other exercises, and probably more.
As they become habit, probably they are just done intuitively, almost unknowingly. Perhaps, consquently, they are discussed even less.
Pineal (re)activation is also discussed quite a lot in Flower of Life training and the work of Drunvalo. It seems to be on everyone’s mind at the moment! (pun intended)

"because a world without slut-shaming is one that’s good for everyone...."
Dear Reese Witherspoon: All Girls Are ‘Good Girls’
On Sunday night, Reese Witherspoon, an Oscar winner, accepted a very different kind of award: the MTV Generation Award in Los Angeles. Witherspoon, 35, took the stage, teased Robert Pattinson, then offered the usual celebrity thanks. So far, so good. But then her speech took an unexpected turn:
I want to say to all the girls out there, I know it’s cool to be bad, but it’s also possible to make it in Hollywood without a reality show … When I came up in this business, if you made a sex tape, you were embarrassed and hid it under your bed. And if you took naked pictures of yourself on your cell phone, you would hide your face, people. Hide your face! … So for all the girls out there, it’s possible to be a good girl. I’m going to try to make it cool.
To be sure, Witherspoon’s speech addresses a real concern. Unfortunately, there are real-world consequences for girls–celebrities or not–who are caught with sexualized photos or tapes. The reality is that nude photos are used against people of all ages when applying for jobs or child custody, and teenage subjects of such photos have even been brought up on child pornography charges. And the damage to reputation can cause real pain. In 2009, 13-year old Hope Witsell committed suicide after a topless photo of her was shared with her classmates.
But here’s the thing. Hope Witsell didn’t commit suicide just because nude photos of her were released–she committed suicide because of the slut-shaming that followed. Fellow classmates bullied her with shouts of “whore” and “slut” as she walked to class. Her friends couldn’t protect her and her school made little effort to end the harassment. As a result, the young and troubled teen felt she had no choice but to end her life because things at school seemed as if they were never going to get better.
Leora Tanenbaum, author of the best-selling book Slut! Growing Up Female With a Bad Reputation, explains how drawing the line between “good girls” and “bad girls” feeds into the mentality that led to Witsell’s suicide:
The school’s reaction reinforced the belief that [Witsell] was deserving of punishment rather than understanding … But when it comes to being a victim–of slut-bashing or anything else–the distinction between worthy and unworthy is meaningless. Worse, this distinction is harmful. The mindset that leads to discriminating between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ victims is the same mindset that leads to judging girls as ‘good’ or ‘bad.’
Witherspoon’s advice to girls feeds into this culture of “good girls” and “bad girls,” rather than taking on the real problem: slut-shaming. Not surprisingly, Fox News loved her message: Hollie McKay claimed MTV “isn’t exactly known for promoting wholesome values” and called Witherspoon’s words “a refreshing change.”
I can’t help but recall a very different lesson in Witherspoon’s 1999 high school drama Cruel Intentions, where she played Annette, a virginal headmaster’s daughter, pitted against the “slut” Kathryn (Sarah Michelle Gellar). Annette struggles with the decision to have sex, but it’s Kathryn who points out the double standard facing girls: “God forbid I exude confidence and enjoy sex. Do you think I relish the fact that I have to act like Mary Sunshine 24/7 so I can be considered a lady?”
If we are dedicated to promoting the collective power of girls and women, we cannot police their sexuality in an attempt to make girls “good.” For girls like Hope Witsell–whose photos were released to classmates without her consent–we need to offer support and encouragement rather than exhorting her to be a good girl. Ultimately, we would be wise to heed Tanenbaum’s words, not Witherspoon’s, because a world without slut-shaming is one that’s “good” for everyone.
